I get asked by many people where the name “Gailforce” comes from, so I am going to answer a part of this for you here...
A galeforce, as you know, is a powerful wind and if not respected can be very destructive. Without the right people performing the right job, managed and lead in the right way, engaged in our workplace..... Our people can be extremely destructive to our business. Poor performance and low morale can cost us our key workers, cause production losses, customer base losses, increase accidents in the workplace and have a large negative impact on financial outcomes.
However when the wind is properly harnessed, it can be used as a great source of power. When we hire the right people, onboard effectively, manage performance, and provide the proper leadership we can have higher morale, increased engagement levels, higher production rates, smoother processes, meet or beat deadlines for our customers, exceeding their expectation for customer service and grow our customer base. Gailforce Resources is all about assisting organizations to harnessing the power of their people to power the business.
"I found Kathline Holmes’s presentation on employee selection and interviewing techniques most helpful. I considered her presentation displayed her confidence and thorough knowledge of her subject matter. She was able to give me well thought out answers to questions I and other delegates posed. Kathline presented herself in a professional and articulate manner and I would not hesitate to call upon her professional services in the future. I found her very approachable and she took a genuine interest in my forthcoming business plans."
